Every wedding is a one-of-a-kind event! Since every wedding is different, these packages have been designed only as an outline. Any service may be added or taken away from a package to make it distinctly yours. If there is something extra you need us to do – just let us know!
This is your Dream Day – we can make it a reality! All packages will be broken down in to payments with the final payment due the week of the event.

Day Dream

Wedding Weekend Package

This package is ideal for the Bride who has everything planned but wants some help staying stress-free on her big day.

$900

The Day Dream Package includes:

  • Gather the basics
  • Discuss the general size and complexity of the wedding
  • Cover the brides’ conceptual desires for the wedding and reception
  • Discuss the family structure crucial to the wedding
  • Go over any religious necessities of the bride and groom
  • Recognize what other details still need to be addressed
  • Review pre-selected vendors: go over all proposals and vendor contracts
  • Contact vendors to finalize all arrival and departure times
  • Send all vendors detailed itinerary for the day of the event
  • Answer any questions the vendors will have, I will remain the point of contact for you and your vendors
  • Notify vendors of last minute changes
  • Ensure vendor balances and tips are taken care of
Ceremony:

  • Order of processional and recessional
  • Song selections and placement
  • Prayer and/or reading placement
  • Seating arrangements and escorts of important people
  • Go over timing of wedding photography

Reception:

  • Finalize menu and service arrangements with the staff
  • Discuss floor plan and seating arrangements
  • Create timeline of events: cake cutting, garter toss/ bouquet toss, etc.

This timeline will be what the vendors and wedding party will follow throughout the event.

  • Finalize the Ceremony décor, address any changes or concerns
  • Organize the wedding party
  • Direct ushers in the seating of family members and guests
  • Rehearse the processional, ceremony order, and the recessional
  • Review the event timeline with the wedding party and answer any questions
Ceremony:

  • Coordinate all activities leading up to the ceremony such as arrival times of the bride and groom
  • Distribute flowers to the wedding party and family members
  • Ensure that everything is in its place: unity candles, readings, etc.
  • Supervise vendor set up: florist, musicians, videographer, photographer, etc. Ensure everything is being done to the brides wishes.
  • Assist the wedding party with their wedding attire
  • Handle any and all last minute “emergencies” that might surface

Reception:

  • Supervise the layout of tables, buffet lines, bar placements, etc.
  • Supervise and assist with décor such as linen placements, place cards, party favors, etc.
  • Supervise vendor set up
  • Ensure that everything is in its place: cake server, Champagne glasses, etc.
  • Handle any and all last minute “emergencies” that might surface
Ceremony:

  • Coordinate pre-wedding photos and proceedings
  • Support ushers as they escort guests to their seat
  • Organize and prepare the wedding party for the processional
  • Cue the musicians
  • Seat late arrivals
  • Handle anything creative that might come up
  • Reception:

  • Help guests find their table
  • Organize the wedding gifts
  • Direct any pre-function events and entertainment
  • Cue the timing of every event: first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, musician breaks & meals, Bride & Groom departure, etc.
  • Ensure all personal items are secured with a designated family member or friend at the end of the night
  • Take care of all remaining balances owed to vendors

    The Sweet Dream Package includes:

    • Gather the basics
    • Discuss the general size and complexity of the wedding
    • Cover the brides’ conceptual desires for the wedding and reception
    • Discuss the family structure crucial to the wedding
    • Go over any religious necessities of the bride and groom
    • Recognize what other details still need to be addressed
  • Invitation and stationary guidance
  • Assistance in booking any remaining vendors
  • Assistance in establishing a theme or color scheme for the wedding and reception
    • Review pre-selected vendors: go over all proposals and vendor contracts
    • Contact vendors to finalize all arrival and departure times
    • Send all vendors detailed itinerary for the day of the event
    • Answer any questions the vendors will have, I will remain the point of contact for you and your vendors

    You’re Engaged!! Now what? This package is a full service event planning package. We will be there from the beginning to the end making sure you are on budget and on time.

    ELGDream will cover every imperative detail necessary to design your dream wedding. This package ideally begins 16-12 months prior to your big day, starting with an initial consultation to establish your needs, conceptual desires and budget. Then, continues with unlimited planning sessions and unparalleled personal attention.

    The Lifelong Dream Package includes:

    We know weddings can become overwhelming. We will design a customized planning schedule for you to keep track of the planning process.
    This is your dream! ELGDream will aide in creating unique ideas to personalize your wedding, from invitations, to favors and decor. Every wedding should reflect the personality of the Bride and Groom.
    The first step in planning a wedding is picking the location and with so many choices – this can be overwhelming! We will help alleviate the extra stress by helping you locate the perfect location for your big day. We will also negotiate and review any contracts so that you get the most out of your money.
    We will obtain the estimates, and arrange portfolio viewings, menu tastings and face time with the vendors.
    We will review and negotiate all vendor estimates, proposals, and contracts.
    ELGDream Events will act as a liaison, communicating your wedding style and preferences to your vendors. We will manage your wedding planning on a day-to-day basis with your vendors, ensuring they have all the necessary event details, including an exhaustive event timeline. We will accompany vendors on location walk-throughs where appropriate. We promise to triple check all the details.
    We will assist with the selection, wording, and printing of all your printed wedding materials, including save-the-date cards, invitations, maps, programs, place cards, menu cards, and thank you notes.
    Our staff will help you locate and select your wedding transportation, including valet parking, luxury vehicles and specialty cars. We will coordinate the timing of your transportation selections.
    To help your out-of-town guests have a comfortable and stress-free stay, we can help you secure accommodations, negotiate room blocks, arrange for hotel gift baskets, and plan additional events as needed.
    We will prepare a comprehensive “wedding itinerary,” a detailed map of your wedding day plans that will allow us to effectively manage your wedding weekend from ceremony rehearsal to reception tear down. It will be distributed to and reviewed with all your vendors.
    We will help you choreograph ceremony activities, including the procession and recession, seating assignments, usher responsibilities, and manage the ceremony rehearsal. We will circulate a detailed schedule of events and responsibilities to your wedding party. On the day of the wedding, we will assist ushers, cue the wedding party in the processional and recessional, and help with pre- and post- ceremony photo sessions.
    ELGDream Events will provide complete wedding day coordination, including the appropriate level of staffing to effectively manage all aspects of your wedding reception. We will coordinate wedding day deliveries, load in schedules, room set up and staging, and band/ DJ setup etc. With ELGDream Events you can trust that your wedding day will run smoothly because our team of professionals will be behind the scenes ensuring that your vision is being brought to life.
